Fiberex augments multiaxial  glass fabrics capacity

 In keeping with the market trend that forecasts increased use of composites for infrastructure in general and wind energy in particular; Fiberex has decided to increase capacity of downstream value-added products by investing in a second multi-axial fabrics machine.

 The new state-of-the art machine will augment production of knitted E-CR glass fabrics at Fiberex’s existing facility in Alberta. The new machine is slated to go into commercial production in April 2006.
