Fiberex has launched an on-line technical support function on its internet website.

This internet-based tool is designed to provide answers to most commonly asked questions relating to the use of E-CR glass fibers for composites processing and applications.

Users of the technical service function can type in "key words" to search for points of interest in a FAQ format. Once submitted, the site will display the answers relevant to the keywords.

In case there are no relevant subjects in the technical support data base for a given question, users of the site can opt to submit questions directly to Fiberex from the technical support page. These questions can be typed into a dialogue box on the webpage and submitted to Fiberex.

Fiberex commits to the users of this function that all inquiries will be answered individually in two business days or less, via e-mail. Each inquiry submitted will be reviewed and added to the general FAQ data base.
