High strength, light weight, excellent corrosion resistance, and longer life compared to traditional materials are the main factors responsible for extensive use of the Fiberex E-CR glass composites in industrial applications, such as the chemical industry or cooling towers.

Tanks and pipes for storage and conveying acids, alkalis, and bleach agents are often manufactured with glass composites. Additionally gratings, ladders, walkways, nuts and bolts, and cooling tower blades are also common applications of composites.

The Fiberex 408, 410 series and 503, 510 series of single end roving, CR series of multi-end roving, and TR series of texturized roving are used for many industrial products made by filament winding and pultrusion processing techniques.

The Fiberex WR series of woven roving and 605 series of spray-up roving are used for products made by the hand lay-up and spray-up techniques for industrial applications.
