CR Series - Multi-end roving

The CR series of multi-end roving consists of continuous E-CR glass fibers manufactured by direct draw process. They are treated with a silane sizing system for excellent performance with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems. The multi-end roving is ideal for processing by pultrusion and (in some cases) filament winding.

The CR series of multi-end roving is designed to:

• be free of catenary
  
• display fast wet-out without glint
  
• provide optimum unwind performance from creels without balling
  
• run freely through mechanically guided roving systems
  
• exhibit superior resistance to tangling, fuzz and static electricity
  
• minimize fiber working degradation
  
• demonstrate even tensioning and superior tracking through guides
  
• develop fast build-up and uniform packing of tubular products
  
• optimize strength properties and laminate stiffness in composite matrices
